Site Superintendent

We're looking for Site Superintendents to oversee daily field operations for our construction projects throughoutLA County. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring construction stays on schedule, team members are aligned with project goals, and all safety and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities*Project Leadership: Lead daily kick-off meetings to outline tasks, objectives, and roles.Task Management: Allocate work based on team members' skills, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. Safety & Quality: Deliver daily safety talks, enforce all safety procedures, and conduct regular quality checks. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the field crew, project managers, and upper management. Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, issues, and completed work.Qualifications*Experience: A minimum of5+ years of field experiencein structured cabling, low voltage, or construction supervision.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Certifications: OSHA 30 certification is preferred (or a willingness to obtain it). Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with interpreting blueprints, project plans, and specifications. Tools: Proficiency with reporting tools, mobile field apps, and Microsoft Office/Excel. Background Check: Must be able to pass a Department of Justice (DOJ) background check.Work DetailsSchedule: This is a full-time, on-site role. Work hours may vary, with some projects requiring a12-hour shift (Mon-Sat). Overtime is expected. Start Date: ASAP Duration: This is a short-term need, with a duration of90 to 120 days, project could extend.
