Responsible for managing both the revenue and (P&L) Profit & Loss of the restaurant. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the restaurant team as it strives to provide the highest quality standards and services.What We’re Looking ***** Minimum 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in high-volume food & beverage operations, with preferred hotel or resort front-of-house exposure. Strong knowledge of food & beverage cost controls, effective communication skills, and ability to lead hands-on in fast-paced environments. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while managing multiple priorities.
