About the *****As a Virtual Customer Contact Center Support Representative, you'll be the friendly voice answering inbound calls, assisting with order placements, and ensuring our customers feel valued every step of the way. You'll also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell products, providing solutions that exceed expectations.What You'll ***** Answer Inbound *****Engage with customers for order placements, inquiries, and support. Upsell & *****Offer additional products and solutions tailored to customer needs. Manage Customer *****Keep our customer database updated with precision and care. Provide Exceptional *****Demonstrate urgency, creativity, and a “go the extra mile” attitude in every interaction. Efficient Order *****Ensure accurate order entry and timely maintenance of customer records. Overcome *****Ask probing questions, overcome objections, and resolve customer issues with a positive mindset. ***** High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of customer service experience (either over the phone or in-person). Professional and friendly telephone etiquette. Basic computer skills, including a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.Preferred Personal ***** A strong work ethic and dependability. A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
