We’re hiring someone to lead operations across our Texas locations that provide industrial services and equipment. The Operations Manager will lead logistics, support service teams, inventory and vendor relationships, and help ensure the teams stay efficient and profitable. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in guiding multi-location operations, driving efficiency, and leading teams toward excellence. They will bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focus, with proven ability to align people, processes, and resources to achieve both operational and financial goals.*****Coordinate production, customer service, product distribution, and pricing strategies across designated locations. Provide leadership to local service managers and field teams. Leads scheduling, delegation, and task ownership. Analyze operational and financial performance reports to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures. Assess staffing needs; participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluation processes. Leads inventory oversight to ensure alignment with technician job needs and ongoing customer purchasing trends. Promote consistency in customer interactions at the operational level to support long-term relationships. Lead the delivery of equipment installations, ensuring deadlines and cost targets are met. Oversee movement of parts and labor across assigned locations. Track and maintain service contract delivery across sites and align execution with agreement terms. Ensure all equipment is serviced and operational to meet client expectations. Review equipment condition annually to support procurement planning. Support planning and launch of new business locations. Involvement spans physical setup, team assembly, inventory preparation, and client engagement. Define and implement policies, objectives, and workflows within each department with input from leadership and on-the-ground teams. Leads sourcing, vendor negotiation, and purchase decisions for equipment and inventory assets. Handle external vendor relationships, including execution of administrative and legal documentation under internal protocols. Monitor compliance with operational ***** reliability, quality, safety, financial viability, ethics, and legal standards.Required *****At least 5 years’ experience in an operations role within a service-focused equipment business.
