The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established processes in a fast-paced environment.***** Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support the operations group by maintaining records, documentation, and data entry. Follow pre-established guidelines, instructions, and standard procedures. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor and team for timely task completion. Provide general clerical assistance as required.***** High school diploma or equivalent. X years of relevant administrative/clerical or operational support experience. Knowledge of commonly-used practices and procedures in an operations or administrative role. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
