Senior Director Consulting

As Leader of Consulting- Lead consulting strategy, offerings, overall practice structure, and consulting teams.- Develop and deliver innovative strategies and tools to target new and existing clients.- Ensure effective utilization of consulting resources by coordinating with the resource management team in delivery and operations.- Oversee practice leaders through leadership coordination and oversight.- Develop solutions for complex client situations to meet goals and deliver results on time.- Collaborate with practice and methodology leaders on tools, methodologies, talent development, and proposals. Work with talent and practice leaders to develop and review staff performance processes, including mentoring, skill assessment, and recruiting approaches.As a Client Executive- Responsible for overall sales, revenue, and delivery quality for a client or set of clients. Responsible for closing deals.- Determine the best project approach and methodology to meet client needs.- Build and maintain long-term, trusted advisor relationships with clients, managing relationships with client executives.- Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, billing, and resource utilization in collaboration with the practice and operations coordinator.- Lead proposal efforts, including project approach, solution design, resource planning, and cost estimation.- Oversee client management and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.- Conduct regular checkpoints with the Consulting Lead to monitor work, strategy, and overall health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
