Overview2 hours learning is scaling a proven K–12 model across the U.S. Over the next six months, we’ll launch 25–30 campuses, each requiring new builds, major upgrades, and strong operational systems. This role is to own the entire national facilities pillar: delivering, elevating, and sustaining the physical environments where our schools execute their mission. You’ll lead an SVP and a full-stack team of VPs, analysts, and vendors; own budget and hiring decisions; and be accountable for standing up new campuses, upgrading existing ones, embedding global standards, and building AI-first playbooks to accelerate expansion.This is an execution mandate backed by capital, urgency, and authority. If facilities aren’t ready, nothing else happens.This role reports to the founder and coordinates with legal, finance, and regulatory peers to hit go-live deadlines.We are private equity-backed, fully funded, and scaling nationally.
