More information is available on the company/u2019s website at: Salesforce Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, including deep integration with MuleSoft. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders and project teams, guiding architectural decisions to align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.Travel is required for this role up to 20% frequency. Hybrid work schedule in Alliant Offices Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; Tampa, FL; Naples, FL; or Atlanta, GA.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDefines the Salesforce architecture strategy, including data model, integration approach, security, and scalability considerations.Designs and leads the implementation of Salesforce platform solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform customizations.Partners with development teams to integrate external systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.Serves as a technical advisor and thought leader on Salesforce capabilities, roadmap, and innovations.Conducts architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.Defines and enforces governance and design standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.Guides development teams during build phases, providing technical oversight and resolving issues.Contributes to long-term platform roadmap planning, licensing, and budgeting.Provides mentorship and training to Salesforce admins, developers, and analysts.QualificationsBachelor/u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceTen (10) or more years of experience in ITFive (5) or more years of experience as a Salesforce ArchitectSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)Application/System ArchitectMuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or DeveloperStrong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience CloudStrong understanding of API-led connectivity and event-driven architectureStrong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Knowledge of designing and implementing MuleSoft APIs and integrationsKnowledge of modern CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or JenkinsProficient in Salesforce Data Architecture, Security Architecture, and DevOps practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Ability to work effectively as part of a team, particularly in collaboration with Product Manager, key stakeholders and other IT professionals.Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesAdditional InformationWe are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees’ needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
