OverviewSoftware Engineering Manager - AI (Hybrid, 3 days in office) with base pay range up to $220,000 per year plus bonus. Greybridge is partnering with a product engineering division of a multi-national conglomerate developing Agentic-AI and Generative AI Solutions for various verticals, including an online legal search platform.ResponsibilitiesManage a wider team of AI Software Engineers, guide engineers, shape product strategy, and deliver scalable, modern applications across UI and backend systems.Lead a high-performing engineering team; architect and oversee implementation of front-end and back-end services; code when needed.Partner with product, design, and leadership to set direction and deliver innovative features.Own project roadmaps, ensure on-time delivery from concept to production.Mentor engineers, drive professional development, and cultivate technical excellence.Define and track success metrics; use insights to guide decisions; provide guidance on architecture and development standards.Requirements5+ years in software engineering, including building scalable web-based solutions and RESTful APIs.Proficiency with back-end frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and front-end technologies (React, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and GenAI concepts (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning).Background in data engineering or MLOps.3+ years managing engineering teams with coaching and mentoring experience.What’s on offerBase pay up to $220k per yearAnnual bonusHealthcare benefitsSolid career progressionSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
