Best in Business, Health ServicesAbout the RoleTax Manager – ICBD, Fort Lauderdale HQ (In-Office Role)Join the award-winning team behind some of the nation’s fastest-growing companies. You will help build and refine the tax function for a multi-state, multi-entity portfolio—driving compliance excellence, improving processes, and informing strategy with rigorous projections and research. This role requires expertise in compliance, reporting, and tax forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to federal, state, and local jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills to manage tax provisions and engage effectively with our internal financial control team, external preparers, and investors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the tax department’s compliance operations, including tracking deadlines, organizing workflows, and ensuring timely reportingReview deliverables prepared by external tax advisors to ensure accuracy and complianceUtilize internal tax processes and resource allocation to manage efficiency within tax compliance and investor reportingPrepare and analyze monthly tax projections for organizational forecasts and estimatesAssist in the preparation, analysis, and review of Accounting for Uncertain Tax Positions, ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulationsCoordinate communications with taxing authorities and auditors, addressing queries and resolving issuesConduct tax research and present well-supported conclusions for implementationSupport long-term financial planningRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or CA is highly desirable5+ years of experience in partnership and corporation income tax provision and/or return preparation and reviewKnowledge of ASC 740, transfer pricing, and related U.S. domestic income tax provisions for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, Single-Member LLCs, trusts, and individualsExperience with tax research software (e.g., CCH AnswerConnect)Private company tax experience is a plusProven experience in partnership, LLC, Single-Member LLC, Trust, and individual tax compliance and reportingStrong communication and organizational skillsMust maintain clean background screening, drug screening, and driving recordBenefits21 paid days off (15 days PTO, increasing with tenure, plus 6 holidays)Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) optionsMedical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insuranceGenerous 401(k) with up to 6% employer matchICBD participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program.EEO: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ICBD by 2xLocation & Status – Downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL HQ; In-Office RoleOther job postings and salary ranges shown below are for reference only and do not reflect current openings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
