The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Technology field. This role plays a critical part in supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and the development and maintenance of KPI scorecards to drive informed business decisions. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in leveraging AI tools and advanced analytics to enhance financial modeling and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation, analysis, and monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processesDevelop, build, and maintain KPI scorecards and dashboards to track financial and operational performance metricsSupport the creation of detailed financial models to evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunitiesAnalyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance driversPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to support strategic and operational decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and reconcile financial data inputsUtilize AI and automation tools to streamline financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting accuracyMaintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsAssist in ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Technology-related field2 to 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or related financial rolesStrong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyProven experience using AI tools or technologies in financial analysis, forecasting, or reportingAdvanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial planning systems (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, or similar)Experience building and maintaining KPI scorecards and dashboardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present complex dataAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standardsExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Proficiency in business intelligence and database querying (SQL)Innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement and process automationCompensation & BenefitsBase salary range of $58K-$67K depending on experience and qualifications.Collaborative, fast-paced office environment with a performance-driven cultureHealth & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your familyWork-Life Balance: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and a collaborative, high-energy cultureApplication ProcessShortlisted candidates will be scheduled for initial phone screening and will be required to complete a brief skills assessment before the in-person interview.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementMedPro Disposal is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
