This executive role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact finance and operations team, drive strategic growth, and shape financial strategy for a well-established organization with both domestic and international operations. Overview Executive level position responsible for all financial operations and strategic financial leadership across the organization. Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, compliance, and forecasting Provide executive-level financial strategy and insights Lead process improvements and system modernization, including SAP S/4HANA implementation Ensure strong internal controls and financial health across business units What We're Looking For / Qualifications 10+ years in senior finance leadership (preferably in a distributor environment >$200M revenue) Strong GAAP knowledge and strategic planning experience Background with international operations and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits included.
