OverviewProduct Marketing Director – IC Bus role at International Motors, LLC (part of the TRATON GROUP), leading go-to-market strategy for North America’s school bus and commercial bus brand.ResponsibilitiesLead IC Bus go-to-market strategy — from market segmentation and positioning through launch execution, sales enablement, and post-launch performance tracking.Develop and execute value propositions for target market segments, aligning with overall Navistar sales and marketing objectives.Plan and manage new product introductions — including launch strategy, messaging, training programs, and dealer readiness tegrate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into product positioning and marketing tactics to ensure relevance and competitive differentiation.Create and deploy sales tools and training materials to strengthen dealer product knowledge, sales skills, and market penetration in priority segments.Represent IC Bus at key industry events — including trade shows, conferences, and state association meetings — with a focus on brand leadership and customer engagement.Drive segment-specific strategies for school districts, contractors, municipalities, and commercial operators, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and bid processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, Dealer Network, and Brand Communications to align product messaging and market execution.Manage and develop team members to achieve strategic objectives, maintain operational excellence, and build future leadership capability.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degreeAt least 12 years of marketing, sales, engineering, service operations, product-related, or other relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industryAt least 2 years of lead experienceORMaster’s degreeAt least 8 years of marketing, sales, engineering, service operations, product-related, or other relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industryAt least 2 years of lead experienceORAt least 14 years of marketing, sales, engineering, service operations, product-related, or other relevant experience in the commercial vehicle (or related) industryAt least 2 years of lead experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
