We have crafted over 100 multifamily properties across twelve states, managing 25+ properties in four Western states. We manage Acquisitions, Development, Architectural Design and Engineering, Construction Management, Property Management, and Asset Management in-house.As a proud subsidiary of American Capital Group, PCM Kinect is an emerging investment management company specializing in real estate private equity. We are seeking an experienced investor relations and fundraising professional to raise capital, cultivate investor relationships, and establish systems to drive long-term success.Position OverviewFlexible Schedule: Monday through Friday with start times between 6-9am PST and end times between 3-6pm PST (full 8-hour day required). Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.Location: Onsite or remote ( Bellevue area preferred but not required).
