Represent the company/'s business policies in conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more clients.Effectively communicate the value propositions with different presentations.Analyze the sales team, and check if the work there is going on smoothly or not.Make amendments in the team members if necessary.Coordinate the sales operations with all the other departments of the company.Establish performance goals for each employee, and monitor if the employee is able to meet the expectations.Continuously motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company goals.Seek out new customers and sales opportunities to help build up the empire.Other duties as assigned.Experience, Skills, KnowledgeBA/BS degree or equivalentProven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targetsExperience in strategic planning and executionKnowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change managementKnowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectationsExceptional communication skills — both written and verbalComfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partnersStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skills and time management skillsWork requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel is requiredProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and WordValid Driver/'s License is requiredWork EnvironmentThe work environment is representative of an office/field settingThe noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderateReasonable accommodations can be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the described essential functions of the job.Physical DemandsWhile performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.
