Our territory includes PA, NJ, MD, DE, D.C. and Northern VA.For additional information please visit our website at SummarySymtech is seeking to expand its sales coverage throughout the territory. We are looking to add Sales Executives to our team for the greater Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Baltimore, Washington DC and Northern Virginia territories.ResponsibilitiesHunting for new business opportunities to generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing account base. The candidate must have a hunter mentality.Develop strategic business relationships within new and existing accountsMaintain accurate and timely sales opportunities and forecastsProvide detailed sales and growth strategies within new and existing accountsAssist with site surveying and developing an accurate scope of worksAssemble and distribute management approved proposalsRegularly attend on-site meetings with account stakeholdersAssist with developing customer needs assessment analysisAttend local industry related meetings and/or tradeshowsBuild and maintain relations with local general and electrical contractorsMonitor the installation process with installation team managers to ensure customer satisfactionProvide post installation follow up with the customerParticipate in weekly (remote) and monthly (in-person) sales meetingsMeet monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales goals assigned by the Vice President of SalesUp to approximately 60% travel within assigned sales territory is required.
