OverviewThe Director of Family Supportive Services -- Alameda oversees all resident supportive services for the Supportive Housing Program at Warren Village's Alameda Campus. They manage day-to-day operations, program development, evaluation and program improvements, staff supervision, and conduct direct service work with residents. The Director manages a two-generation approach to family stability and economic mobility. Programs include case management; resource navigation; economic mobility coaching; educational and workforce development; housing; youth programs; mental health counseling; and community-building initiatives. ResponsibilitiesLeadershipAlign programs and goals with Warren Village's strategic vision and two-generation approach.Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.Develop and manage the annual program budget.Oversee daily operations, support services programs, and manage partnerships with service providers.Coordinate and collaborate with onsite property management.Collaborate with onsite Early Learning Center to ensure a coordinated two-generation approach.Develop and monitor progress on key performance indicators and program outcomes.Serve as the primary lead on resident crisis and/or complaint situations for residents and ensure effective communication with staff and residents.Support fundraising efforts through data, reports, and site visits.Foster a strengths-based culture with high expectations for residents and staff. Program Development, Oversight, and EvaluationDevelop and implement best practice family and community support services, including case management/coaching, resource navigation, youth programming, mental health counseling, workforce development, housing and finance navigation, community-building events, and initiatives, among others.Ensure governmental and regulatory reporting requirements are accurate, timely, and maintained in accordance with government/agency regulations.Ensure consistent data collection, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision making.Support equity & inclusion work, centering resident voice and ensuring representation. Direct ServicesDevelop relationships with residents, provide resource navigation and coaching meetings as needed, and facilitate conversations regarding programming plete required reporting, including assessments, case notes and progress reports.Other duties as assigned. Minimum QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, or related field or at least 8 years of related experience may be substituted for education.Five years' progressive experience in program development and evaluation working with low-income, diverse populations.Three years' experience supervising multiple staff members and running an area or department.Experience providing case management, coaching, and/or resource navigation to low income, culturally diverse communities.Demonstrated experience using outcomes to drive program quality.Preferred Education, Eligibility Requirements, And/or ExperienceBilingual in English and Spanish, Vietnamese, French, Arabic, or Swahili.Knowledge and experience in Transitional Housing and/or other services-enriched housing models.Lived experience in homelessness or housing instability.Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, or related field.Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor.Experience in mental health, substance use, and/or crisis intervention.Training and experience in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care.Valid driver's license and acceptable current motor vehicle report. Work Environment and TravelWork environment is typically an office setting using a computer, telephone, and related equipment.Travel: Limited within metro-Denver as applicable. Compensation and BenefitsHiring range: $84,522 — $105,202 DOE (full salary range up to $105,202 for long-tenured staff or other exceptional circumstances).Attractive benefits package, including generous paid time off, twelve holidays, one-week closure in both winter and summer, matching employer 403(b) plan, comprehensive medical/dental/vision plans for employee and dependents, virtual telemedicine, voluntary short-term disability, and other benefits.
