Job Description

OverviewEkso Bionics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast (i.e., Denver, Phoenix, Southern California, Northern California) near a major airport. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for all capital sales activities in the region, including account identification, sales visitation, promotional and clinical activities (clinical demonstrations), deliveries, training, and follow up. The role is focused on achieving sales goals in the territory.ResponsibilitiesMeet Sales Goals as set by Ekso Bionics each quarter.Ensure client satisfaction and create a positive customer experience pre- and municate with institutional accounts in the region and participate in enterprise-level activities, including participating in sales plan preparation.Plan, drive, and implement sales activities with potential customers, including demonstrations, clinical events, conferences, and product demonstrations.Participate in trade shows and other marketing activities as appropriate.Track customer information in Salesforce and report progress and status to internal management.Collaborate with Care Coordinators to ensure seamless communication to customers.Coordinate product issues with customer service and field service to ensure customer satisfaction.Participate in regular sales and marketing, corporate, and other meetings.Promote seamless communication between care coordinators, clinical teams, and customer service.Utilize CRM tools effectively.Perform other sales and customer-related activities as assigned.QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in rehabilitation sales or medical device capital sales.Self-driven, innovative problem solver with the ability to navigate complex challenges.Self-motivated, able to execute with minimal direction.Ability to identify new opportunities and engage customers to expand opportunities with existing products.Strong influencing, relationship-building, negotiating, and closing skills.Excellent organizational skills with proven data tracking capabilities and ability to manage multiple customers in complex B2B buying centers.Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication abilities; strong customer relations skills.Professional demeanor, urgency, initiative, and ability to work with diverse teams.Energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced puter literate with proficiency in standard office equipment and CRM systems.Ability to work independently and prioritize duties; comfortable with ambiguity in various situations.Prior managerial experience preferred.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business or a healthcare-related field.Licensure in Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift 50 lbs or more.Must be comfortable working remotely and traveling frequently; ability to navigate cities for customer sites and pany DescriptionOur company is a pioneer and market leader in the design, development, and commercialization of human exoskeletons.
