With private equity backing and a proven model, we are positioned to scale rapidly.If you are ready to transition from theory to P&L ownership and from concept to concrete results, we want to hear from you.What You Will Be DoingTaking complete ownership of a critical national launch domain: regulatory approvals, onboarding/systems implementation, or financial operationsSpearheading cross-functional execution with autonomous decision-making authority and full accountabilityDeveloping comprehensive playbooks from scratch and validating them under real-world conditionsEngaging directly with founders, department heads, and campus personnel to establish launch-ready infrastructureLeveraging AI and automation technologies to optimize operations and accelerate implementationWhat You Won’t Be DoingFunctioning as a consultant—this role demands ownership, not recommendationsNavigating organizational bureaucracy—you’ll have direct access to key decision-makersFocusing on single-market initiatives—you’ll orchestrate simultaneous efforts across multiple regionsWaiting for direction—you’ll be expected to create clarity in ambiguous situationsEscalating difficult decisions—the responsibility for critical calls rests with youVice President Of Construction Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute one fundamental operational component of 2HL's nationwide school expansion—with speed, precision, and scalability. You will have complete autonomy and responsibility for your domain's success, with alignment to your expertise.Basic RequirementsWe are expanding our operational leadership across several critical verticals. Each position requires rapid execution, clear communication, methodical thinking, and relentless drive.Successful Candidates Will DemonstrateMinimum 3 years' experience with elite strategy consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional operations in fast-paced, uncertain environmentsExpertise in at least one area: navigating regulatory frameworks, implementing onboarding systems, or managing financial operations at scaleMethodical thinking coupled with strong execution capabilities—able to independently translate strategies into tangible resultsAuthorization to work in the U.S. and availability to travel approximately 1 week per monthProficiency with AI-powered tools to enhance workflow efficiency and accelerate deliverablesAbout 2 Hour LearningEducation is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as the Contractor of Record. Compensation is $200 USD/hour ($400,000 USD/year) based on 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. Pay is issued weekly.
