This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to client success while maintaining work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesProvide labor & employment litigation defense (single plaintiff) to clients.Litigate California labor and employment issues with a focus on efficiency, quality, and client service.Qualifications3+ years of experience practicing employment law and employment litigationPrior experience providing labor & employment litigation defense (single plaintiff)Dedication to responsiveness and guiding clients through time-sensitive L&E issuesExcellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law schoolExcellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsLicensed to practice law in CaliforniaOutstanding professional referencesPosition DetailsType of role: Contract CounselSchedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week)Location: Remote (California Bar License)CompensationPay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000+ on a full-time basis.
