Juris Doctor in good standing with the CA Bar Minimum of 5+ years of labor and employment law experience Experience taking depositions, handling hearings, and serving as lead counsel on a case Familiar with wage laws, leave, and compliance matters (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FLSA and CA Labor Codes), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes Salary range listed: $210,000 - $275,000 per year.
