THE WORK Select candidate will build cable/wire harnesses by following work process instructions and blueprint diagrams/. Follow company policies and procedures/. Attends Performance Management Team meetings and brings recommendations for continuous improvement/. WHO YOU ARE You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes/. WHY JOIN US In addition to the responsibilities highlighted above we offer extensive benefits that include competitive 401k, health and dental insurance and 4/10 work schedule/. **Basic Qualifications:** 1 or more years of experience in manufacturing and cable builds /- Specialized training and demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks such as soldering, crimping wires, reading prints **Desired Skills:** Familiar with IPC 610 and 620 build specs/. Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits/. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer/.
