This group is at the forefront of advising software, digital infrastructure, and broader technology companies on transformative transactions. The VP will play a central role in transaction execution, client coverage, and mentoring junior bankers, while working closely with senior leadership on new business initiatives. This role is ideal for a proven investment banker who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and wants to take on greater leadership responsibility within a high-performing platform.What You’ll DoDeal Execution – Lead the day-to-day management of M&A and capital raising processes across the technology sector.Client Engagement – Partner with Managing Directors to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate executives, founders, and private equity sponsors.Strategic Analysis – Drive valuation work, build and review complex financial models, and oversee due diligence efforts.Presentation & Marketing – Craft compelling materials including pitch decks, offering memoranda, and board-level presentations.Team Leadership – Guide Associates and Analysts in their professional development, ensuring high-quality work and strong collaboration.Market Insight – Stay on top of sector trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to provide thought leadership to clients.What We’re Looking For4+ years of investment banking experience with significant exposure to Technology M&A.Strong technical toolkit: advanced modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, comps, precedents).Track record of managing live transactions from start to finish.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present ideas to C-suite executives and boards.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A strong team orientation combined with entrepreneurial drive.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsultingIndustries: Investment Banking and Financial Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
