Senior Lemon Law Attorney

*Job Summary*The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.We are seeking an experienced *Senior Attorney with a strong background in lemon law and civil litigation* to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience representing clients in lemon law disputes, managing cases through all phases of litigation, and a proven ability to take cases to trial. Trial experience is highly preferred, and we are looking for an attorney who is eager and willing to try cases when necessary.*Key Responsibilities** Handle a full caseload of lemon law litigation matters from intake through resolution.* Develop case strategy, conduct discovery, and prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial.* Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.* Represent clients in court hearings, settlement conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.* Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients' interests.* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and top-quality client service.*Qualifications** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.* Active license to practice law in California.* Minimum *5+ years of litigation experience*, with specific experience in *lemon law* required.* Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws and civil procedure.* *Proven trial experience is a significant plus.** Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.* Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.* Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering results for clients.*Why Join Us*We are a client-focused, results-driven firm that values aggressive advocacy and high-quality representation.
