We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our team.Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.*Responsibilities:** Represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations* Thoroughly review, analyze, and evaluate case information* Recognize and be accountable for adherence to statute of limitations and notice requirements* Zealously negotiate to secure fair, timely, and reasonable settlements or verdicts* Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner* Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with all staff* Ability to work in the Milford location with occasional travel to other CT offices or courts* Follow the firm's operating procedures and management guidelines* Actively practice our core values: Be a champion for others, be innovative, and be accountable*Qualifications:** Admitted to CT Bar in good standing* Experience negotiating and settling plaintiff personal injury cases.
