There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes and during classes past just teaching the classes. We are looking for someone that has a passion to support and make UWM shine for our clients. The Guest Experience coordinator will assist our Success Track Coordinator team and TL make sure all physical needs for classes are taken care of, spaces prepped for class and supplies ready. Also while we have clients onsite the Guest Experience Coordinator will be everywhere, clients are ready to help, answer questions and direct them where they need to go.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Daily greeting and supporting clients upon arrival and departure from UWMAssisting clients during check-in on all campusesAssisting clients during breaks from class with any questions and directionsAssisting clients during lunch, UWM team meetups, and Mix n MingleConducting multiple client toursPreparing t-shirts and any supplies for Success Track classesResponsible for the physical setup of training spaces, which may include ensuring the presence of video setup and any handout documentationAssisting the rest of the coordinator team with other tasksAny additional tasks that arise during visitsWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:Must Have Qualifications:9 months minimum in hospitality, event management, or client service roleExcellent client service skills and ability to effectively communicate across departmentsExcellent organization skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet often short deadlines and tasksAbility to communicate professionally to internal and external clients by phone, email, and in personAlways have a client service focused and YES mentalityAbility to maintain and show a very positive attitude and demeanor in stressful situationsAbility to work professionally and effectively with our leaders at multiple levelsProven problem-solving skills to help benefit team and company goalsAbility to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks as well as routinely prioritize among multiple tasks daily and weeklyAbility to work independently after direction from leadership, as well as work closely with all Sales Leadership and Account ExecutivesComputer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelHigh School DiplomaNice to Have Qualifications:Experience in a client facing roleExperience with the Airtable PlatformTHE PLACE & THE PERKS:Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
