Building Supervisor

The Building Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance required on the assigned property, including all work done by contractors. The Maintenance Supervisor position is also responsible to making sure work is completed in a timely manner. The Maintenance Supervisor's responsibilities include:Experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenanceTroubleshooting and providing maintenance and repairsHandles all service calls within a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the tenantEnsures a clean and safe environment for the tenants, staff members, and visitors in all areas of the communityInspects work performed by subcontractors such as cleaning companies and flooring installersVisits tenants and submits building walkthrough report monthlyCommunicates with office manager to stock the building with day to day supplies and informs City Manager of supply and equipment needsDaily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needsReports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occurMaintain a neat and clean work areaAdheres to all company policies and procedures paying particular attention to health and safety proceduresAbility to work independently is a mustAbility to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbsAbility to stand for long periods of timeMust have basic computer skills, including email and video conferencing The Maintenance Supervisor's salary:$27.00 per hour The Maintenance Supervisor's benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insuranceReferral programRetirement planVision insurance PI1f1df6c1dda4-29400-38147911
