Description: Merison's Home Furnishings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture, mattress and appliance sales, and a proven track record of success.Company Background:Our management company, PMB Services, Inc., has been in business since 1984. Requirements: Requirements:Minimum 2-5 years of proven high-volume sales experience.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.Strong understanding of ROI, sales strategy, and customer acquisition techniques.Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.CRM or POS system experience preferred.
