Role Overview Empower customers to navigate their tax needs by serving as a trusted advisor and providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tax Expertise : Deliver hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.Be a Proactive Community Ambassador : Cultivate a robust customer base and serve as the local face of TurboTax, engaging with new prospects and nurturing leads.Educate and Communicate Confidently : Represent TurboTax in the local community, hosting learning events and participating in marketing efforts.Build Relationships : Connect with people, demonstrate understanding, and build long-term trust to turn one-time transactions into loyal relationships.Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience : Create an exceptional experience, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Requirements Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law.Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.Familiarity with Circular 230.Willingness to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location.Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
