Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in automotive services preferred- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to explain complex automotive terms to customers in a clear and understandable manner- Proficiency with automotive service management software and computer systems- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required PI14dab244aa6b-29400-38545804
