We're committed to hiring the right people, providing excellent customer service, and fostering a culture of growth and respect.We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as we expand our fabrication equipment sales presence throughout Colorado and Utah .If you have expertise in metal fabrication equipment / manufacturing and are curious about the potential of this r are opportunity , then apply and see if it's the right opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully sell fabrication equipment (press brake, laser cutting, saws, etc.) and manufacturing solutions by establishing and building relationships with existing and new customersVisit customers to understand their business, uncover and anticipate needs, and propose appropriate solutionsPartner with Suppliers and Applications Engineering staff for technical support and demonstrationsDevelop and present solutions that address specific customer needs and requirementsClose sales and meet or exceed goalsMaintain strong collaborative relationships with all team members and departmentsMaintain an in-depth knowledge of the metal fabrication industry and product lines represented by the company, and a thorough knowledge of competitor products and servicesMaintain contacts, accounts, activities, forecasts, quotes, etc RequirementsIntermediate to advanced knowledge of metal fabrication equipment and technology required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environmentClear, concise, confident, and persuasive communicator. Excellent listening and questioning/clarifying skills. Effective writing skillsAbility to explain and present complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand mannerSelf-directed and goal-orientedAbility to stay organized and manage time effectively to meet daily, monthly, and annual goals. Excellent follow-up and tracking skillsCreative and adaptable improviser with an ability to work through unforeseen obstaclesProfessional demeanor with ethical characterMust work well with others and have a team-focused approachValid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
