We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Finance Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. The Commercial Relationship Specialist will work with the Community Finance Team in maintaining a portfolio that contains lines of credit for communities to purchase manufactured home inventory. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented team member, preferably with some experience in commercial lines of credit, to provide the best quality of service in our industry.Essential Functions:Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures relative to lines of credit.Daily maintenance of credit linesReview & decision order requestsFollow up on current inventory both sold & displayFollow up for payoffs, monthly interest & curtailmentsReview inventory audit reports daily for needed actionFoster relationships with the manufacturers/plantsMaintain relationships with communities through recurrent communicationResponsible for preparing supporting documentation for portfolios Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance or business is preferred but not required2 years' prior work experience in financial services industry is preferredQuick learn of the proprietary computer system used to manage the accounts.Preparation or review ability of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products.Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
