Hourly Pay Range: $26.61 - $39.92 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Supervisor, Business Office Location: LOMG Hinsdale Full Time Hours: 8:30- 5:00 A Brief Overview: Responsible for supervising and coordinating the front end revenue cycle including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial counseling. Utilizes advanced microcomputer software skills to prepare complex correspondence, reports, charts, tables and forms. What you will do: Oversees the following functions for Linden Oaks services: scheduling, registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, reception area and clerical support. Interviews, hires, orients, trains, evaluates the performances of and, when necessary, disciplines and/or discharges department personnel. Provides direction, as necessary, to staff regarding sensitive and/or complex work, related problems, resolves complaints and responds to inquires regarding department operations. Provides input into the development of departmental policies, procedures and budgets. Works in conjunction with management in development of new protocols, changes or deletions and arranges discussions at department section meetings. Coaches staff on ways to optimize customer satisfaction external and internal. Prepares monthly reports regarding operations, such as volumes, referral sources, charity care for assessments and money collections. Monitors budget and resolves variances monthly. Collaborates with manager/director when developing annual operating budget. Organizes work load to comply with deadlines and priorities. Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field by reading appropriate books, journals, and other literature and attending related seminars. Identifies seminars for staff in areas they may need assistance.
