Unit Information Unit: Inpatient Overflow Unit (mixed medical surgical and step-down patients)Number of Beds: 20 Staffing and Patient Ratios Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 4 RNs, 2 CNAsNight Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 4 RNs, 2 CNAsPatient Ratios: 1:5 or 1:6, stretch dependent on level of care Equipment and Technology Telemetry Monitoring (all patients hardwired to bedside monitor if indicated)Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - Cerner Required Qualifications Must Have:Telemetry CompetencyProgressive Care ExperiencePreferred: Recent Progressive Care Experience Best Personality Fit We are looking for candidates who are kind, compassionate, patient experience focused, and team players who work well with others.
