Job Posting: Family Nurse PractitionerLocation: Chattanooga Tennessee 37421Clinic Hours: M-F 8:30am – 7:30pm, Sat 9:00am – 5:30pm, Sun 9:00am – 4:30pmSchedule: Rotating schedule 32-40 hours a week - includes every other weekendEmployment Type: Full time 32-40 hours a weekPay: $75.00 per hour ($125,000-$156,000) per yearFamily Nurse Practitioners provide evidence-based, primary and family care in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team. You will manage a panel of patients and help drive better outcomes through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, preventive care, and health counseling.Duties & Responsibilities:Deliver primary care services: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planningPerform routine examinations, wellness screenings, and management of acute and chronic illnessesProvide patient education on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive careCoordinate care with other healthcare professionalsHandle patient scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and follow-upsMaintain a clean and organized clinical environmentOpen and close the clinic, and maintain clinic inventoryRequired Qualifications:Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner programCurrent National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)State license to practice as an Advanced Practice NurseDEA Registration required at time of offerFully vaccinated against COVID-19 (prior to start date, unless exempt)Preferred Experience:At least 1 year of recent Primary Care, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Retail Clinic experience as an FNPExperience managing chronic conditions and understanding quality measuresBilingual skills a plusCore Competencies:Strong patient advocacy and autonomy in clinical practiceOutstanding communication (verbal, written, electronic)Technologically proficient (EMR use, telehealth collaboration)Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, team-based environmentWillingness to obtain multi-state licensureComfortable practicing independently and remotely within a clinical team modelWork Environment:You’ll be part of a care team that supports your success through daily collaboration, training, and shared goals.
