Counselor Supervisor

BayMark Health Services is seeking a dedicated Counselor Supervisor to lead our team of compassionate counselors within our specialized addiction treatment programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance abuse counseling and experience in supervisory roles. This position requires a proactive approach in staff management, clinical supervision, and program development to ensure the highest quality of care and support for patients battling opioid use disorder and other substance abuse challenges. Oversee the daily operations of counseling services and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Supervise and mentor counseling staff, promoting continuous professional development and adherence to best practices in addiction treatment. Conduct regular staff meetings and case conferences to facilitate collaboration and enhance service delivery. Review and approve treatment plans and interventions, ensuring they meet clinical standards and patient needs. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment and recovery strategies. Manage patient complaints and concerns, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary. Assist in the recruitment and training of new counseling staff.
