Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma 73160, Newcastle, Norman and various locations (indoor and outdoor) Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm General Purpose: To assist the superintendent with construction, maintenance, and lawn maintenance activities. Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Superintendent/Builder/Construction Manager. Supervision Exercised: None Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain landscaping, yards, shrubs, trees, and watering sod. Help maintain clean streets and gutters. Perform minor touch ups and some activities on punch-list. Responsible for the level of quality in product Comprehend the process of residential construction and use common knowledge Walk every room of every house, every day Ability to deliver houses in the allowed time as set forth by contracts Keep signs upright and orderly Communicate with sub-contractors Lock and unlock doors daily Present recommendations to Builder and Superintendent Attend all staff meetings Any other duties assigned Safety sensitive position PI6a99b40b6306-29952-38226960 Required Preferred Job Industries Construction
