Position SummaryThe Franklin Butchery is seeking an attentive and dedicated individual to fill the role of Dishwasher/Kitchen Porter on a part-time basis. The individual selected for this role will be integral to upholding cleanliness standards and supporting the efficient operation of kitchen activities. Primary ResponsibilitiesEnsure dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are cleaned promptly and thoroughly. Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and communal areas. Assist with basic food preparation duties as directed by senior kitchen personnel. Support the cleaning and organization of the butcher shop as required. Adhere to all established health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment. Required Skills and AttributesReliability: Demonstrated consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Physical stamina: Capacity to stand for extended periods and manage physically demanding tasks. Willingness to learn: Receptiveness to training and adaptability to evolving responsibilities.
