Role OverviewWe are seeking an experiencedHardware Test Engineer to verify the Echo hardware system. The candidate will be responsible for testing custom Echo hardware devices and subsystems. The candidate will also drive development and bring-up of custom test systems. Primary Role and ResponsibilitiesExecute in-house design verification testsExecute testing with external test labsWork with engineering team to develop custom testsCollaborate with design engineers to characterize custom hardwareDry-running tests for transfer to vendorsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of industry experience in testing electro-mechanical hardware devicesExperience with executing verification testing and participating in the test design loopExperience with writing test protocols and documenting results in formal test reportsExperience working within a quality systemOther QualificationsMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with medical device compliance and standardsStrong collaboration mindsetSuperior written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailOccasional travel to vendors (What We OfferAn opportunity to work on exciting, cutting-edge projects to transform patients’ lives in a highly collaborative work petitive compensation, including stock prehensive benefits package.401(k) program with matching contributions.Equal Opportunity EmployerEcho Neurotechnologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
