ResponsibilitiesImplements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Occupational Therapist Works with other members of the rehabilitation team to develop programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient Instructs patients, families and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the occupational therapy treatment program under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist NOTE: The core functions are intended to describe the general content of and requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesStrong communication and listening skills Knowledge of basic computer functions Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situation and diverse resident population Ability to work individually and as a team Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to work and multi-task in a high stress and fast paced environment Ability to perform physical movement required continuously throughout the work period.
