Rosetta Hall is seeking line cooks! We have grown to become one of the busiest restaurants in downtown Boulder with a large indoor dining room and popular rooftop patio. This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of cuisines in a team oriented environment. We operate as 1 team and the kitchens are not individually owned which makes for a very unique experience. Opportunities for all skill levels! Responsibilities: Ensures excellent product quality. Provide friendly, professional and welcoming customer service. Completing all opening and closing checklists. Execute all dishes and prep projects to spec. Maintains organization behind the stall and back prep area. Other duties as assigned by the Chefs. Qualifications: Motivated culinary professional that wants to contiribute to the success of the enitre team. Minimum 1 year of culinary experience. Familiarity with and a desire to learn a variety of cooking techniques Able to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment. Willingness to cross-train and work in different food concepts. Must have open and flexible availability to work evenings and weekends. Perks & Benefits: $22 - $26 per hour depending on experience PTO policy for full-time employees. 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, & 3 weeks after 3 years.
