Rolling Stock is seeking a professional Commercial Project Manager with a solid track record of being a key commercial support to the project management team for complex, large-scale projects. The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of Locomotives projects typically $60M to $200M+ in contract value and durations from 3-5 years. Together with the Project Manager, the Commercial Project Manager is responsible for the project execution during all project phases including planning, design, procurement, manufacturing, commissioning, customer acceptance, and warranty, with a focus on financial topics. What your day-to-day will look like: • Managing all commercial and financial matters in the execution of C-projects (Rolling Stock). • Being responsible for the P&L of assigned project(s) and ensuring project progress together with the PM. • Actively identifying risks and opportunities in your project(s) at an early stage and initiating appropriate action. • Ensuring correct accounting by IFRS/FRG within the framework of the monthly and quarterly financial statements, including audit-proof documentation. • Preparing timely reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders. To thrive in this role, you have: • Having a college diploma or equivalent education. • 2+ years’ experience in managing complex international projects. • Profound knowledge in controlling, accounting, contracts, and claim management. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Full professional proficiency in English (written and oral skills).
