Family Nurse PractitionerClinic Hours: M-F 8:30am – 7:30pm, Sat 9:00am – 5:30pm, Sun 9:00am – 4:30pmEmployment Type: Full time 32-40 hours a week00 per hour / $156,000 per yearFamily Nurse Practitioners provide evidence-based, primary and family care in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team. You will manage a panel of patients and help drive better outcomes through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, preventive care, and health counseling.Deliver primary care services: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planningProvide patient education on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive careCoordinate care with other healthcare professionalsOpen and close the clinic, and maintain clinic inventoryMaster’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner programState license to practice as an Advanced Practice NurseDEA Registration required at time of offerFully vaccinated against COVID-19 (prior to start date, unless exempt)At least 1 year of recent Primary Care, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Retail Clinic experience as an FNP or PA in a family medicine or primary care settingExperience managing chronic conditions and understanding quality measuresBilingual skills a plusTechnologically proficient (EMR use, telehealth collaboration)Comfortable practicing independently and remotely within a clinical team model You’ll be part of a care team that supports your success through daily collaboration, training, and shared goals.
