Site SuperintendentJob Description Position Overview:Horizon Global Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee daily construction activities and ensure all fieldwork complies with project requirements. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for on-site supervision, quality assurance, safety management, and effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to enforce compliance with OBO and U.S. Government construction standards. Key Responsibilities:Support all aspects of contract execution, including administrative and technical support. Provide overall supervision of daily field activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Director, and COR to monitor progress and performance. Hold subcontractors and field crews accountable for quality and safety standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates. Enforce schedule adherence while resolving field issues to minimize delays. Represent Horizon Global Partners, LLC in interactions with government officials, contractors, and project stakeholders. Accountability: The Site Superintendent, along with the Project Manager, will be held accountable for the quality of work performed. Failure to meet quality requirements may result in removal at the direction of the Project Director/COR. Qualifications:Minimum of five (5) years of experience supervising construction projects of similar size and complexity. Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and field teams effectively. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, quality control, and safety compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills. Experience with OBO projects or U.S. Government contracts preferred. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is desirable, but equivalent experience will be considered.
