Journeyman Mechanical

GEMCO Constructors, LLC , headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, is a mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems and service contractor providing comprehensive design and build solutions for its customers throughout the United States. The Mechanical/HVAC Journeyman is responsible for the assembling and installing of HVAC units to new and existing construction projects, as well as assist Foreman in running projects. Act as trainer to apprentices. Lead a crew Able to cut duct, measure, offsets 4+ years of experience running HVAC duct work for large commercial projects ~ Computer literate ~ Operate equipment. (Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly. The position requires standing, bending, reaching, lifting a majority of the workday Work from scaffolding and lifts. Drive a company vehicle (truck). Capable of driving long distances (up to 14 hours per day) between job sites.
