How you will make an impactHours from 11am-7:30pmPrepare daily assignments and schedules to include established routine duties for housekeeping staffInspect premises to determine next assignments and to ensure that trash/garbage removal meets with health, safety and sanitation regulations including receiving dock areas and community groundsTrain new employees, assigns tasks and closely supervises until fully trained.Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials and equipmentCreate weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas of the facilityInvestigate and resolve housekeeping related complaints What you will needMinimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operationsPrevious experience in a leadership role preferred Compensation: Starting at $59,000, commensurate with experiencePlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
