Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Highlights: Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM Pay Range: $17.50 per hour Location: Brooklyn Park, MN 55445 Contract Type: Must be licensed – No trainee licenses accepted Physical Requirement: Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Summary: The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment provides assistance in the preparation and distribution of drug products. The Technician is responsible for preparing prescription medications using the fulfillment system. Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Responsibilities: Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and member/physician outreach Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues Escalate prescription-related questions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or direction Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls Perform other duties as assigned Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Qualifications: Education: High School diploma required Experience: 0–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience Licensure/Certification: Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification required by the state of operation (No trainee licenses) Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, or similar software Basic computer skills Other Requirements: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English Strong customer service skills with focus on quality and satisfaction Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner If you are interested in this Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment position, please apply to this posting with Luke H. at A-Line!
