Overview Executive Director – Enterprise Applications Downers Grove, Illinois Management / Supervisory Regular Full-Time Job Description TheExecutive Director - IT Enterprise Applicationsreports to the CTO and is responsible for enabling Duly’s strategic growth plan by leading and advancing 3 key areas: Call Center Automation (Five9) Marketing/ Corporate Systems (Salesforce/Workday/Dynamics365) IT Project Management Office This change agent/champion will support C-suite business partners, lead multiple mission critical portfolios and operational initiatives, mentor and develop team members, ensure the delivery of quality applications and support. Responsibilities Improving patient services and reducing costs by modernizing our Call Center through Five9 optimization, automation, and AI. Attracting new patients by delivering new and enhanced website, mobile, and CRM solutions. Optimizing back-office solutions that support and enable Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and Facilities. Facilitatestrategic planning and prioritization, helping the organization invest where it matters most. Managedemand intake, capacity planning, and budget forecastingacross portfolios. Supportcapital planning and benefits realizationtracking, ensuring strategic ROI. CoordinateIT and business strategic planningand ensure alignment with execution. Selecting the right technology investments by facilitating IT Portfolio and Governance processes. Drive high quality, timely delivery by elevating IT Project Management processes and practices. Develop and maintain relationships with key business and clinical leadership Qualifications Required: Track record of business success(e.g. increasing revenue, reducing cost, integrating businesses, etc.) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of direct supervisory experience mentoring and developing IT staff. 10+ years managing IT systems, processes, and vendors. 5+ years managing call center technologies Experience with IT investment governance, including portfolio management. Experience integrating acquisitions Proven financial management skills with operational budget tasks. Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with Five9, Dynamics 365, and Workday (or equivalent platforms). Team leadership skills in delivery of cloud computing solutions. Knowledge of incident and change management tools. The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $180,000-$220,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
