OverviewJob Description SummaryResponsibilitiesResponsible for SSO program management, governance, and technical team with services including architecture, design, implementation and ongoing operations in a dev-ops model with emphasis on automation, integration, service resiliency and business partnership.Lead the Sr. Manager – Cyber Security in support, performance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of authentication across the GE Vernova landscape.Support development of strategy and roadmap and execute roadmaps against that strategy.Identify and evaluate tools, utilities, processes, and components; work cross-functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables.Drive world-class quality in the development and support of products; apply SDLC principles and methodologies such as Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, scalability, documentation practices, refactoring, and testing techniques.Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required.Engage key business stakeholders and customers as it relates to all supported systems and applications to verify, validate, and audit system access.Support strategy planning and assist in the design and implementation of Directory Services solutions; ensure quality of deliverables matches stakeholder expectations.Manage several projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize work.Qualifications / RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM or related field; six (6) years of experience in a related occupation.Five (5) years of experience in the Identity and Access Management domain, including business-driven requirements, implementation, and support.Five (5) years of experience with complex solution configurations such as PingFederate, PingAccess, SiteMinder; MFA; Unix; LDAP; Active Directory (AD); Azure AD; Web Servers (e.g., Apache, IIS); and Application Servers (e.g., WebLogic, JBoss).Five (5) years of experience in sustaining operational stability through lifecycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, decommissioning).Five (5) years of experience working with and/or leading blended teams, including 3rd party partners and customer personnel; five (5) years of experience consulting customers on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions at an enterprise level.Note: Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. 100% remote position; telecommuting is permitted; when not telecommuting, must report to offices in Houston, TX.Additional InformationGE Vernova International LLC will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
