Join our team to experience our dedication to supporting People First.Job Description :This is an onsite position at Miami.Team Lead - Roadside Assistance SpecialistWhat does a Team Lead really do?Team Leads are leaders within the operations department, focused on delivering the best customer experience and driving teammate performance to hit goals. As a Team Lead, you will coach and manage teammates and serve as a bridge between your team and other departments. You will oversee day-to-day planning and operations, ensure SLA and KPI targets are met, manage schedules, and train the team through huddles and coaching sessions to help them grow.You must create reports on your team’s performance and document client feedback. You will manage issues (including HR-related ones), think creatively to solve problems, and act as a liaison between management and the team.As a Team Lead, you will:Mentor, coach, and monitor a team of Roadside Assistance Specialists on a weekly basis;Provide weekly reporting of the team's KPI metrics and performance to the Operations Manager;Monitor and review Team Members' KPIs through data analysis of client dashboards;Be the point of contact for on-shift Roadside Assistance Specialists to assist in the following:Safely recovering autonomous vehicles;Towing of vehicles;Liaison of Roadside Assistance Specialists needs to cross departments;Shuttle services;Break coverage;Provide the highest level of communication between cross departments;Serve as a subject matter expert providing continuous improvement ideas and solutions to in-field challenges;Set the standards and expectations of your team through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character;Ensure that all Team Members adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct;Support the learning and development of Roadside Assistance Specialists.What does a Roadside Assistance Specialist really do?Think of yourself as responsible for ensuring safe and effective transportation of passengers and minimizing delays in fleet operations. You will be the "rescue expert" for troubleshooting vehicle mission errors and obstacles. As a Roadside Assistance Specialist, you will:Maintain TaskUs’s high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle;Demonstrate situational awareness and adapt to changes in the environment;Be the deputy for technology by communicating courteously with management, engineers, and the public;Operate/drive in single or dual driving mode for 6-8 hours a day, five days a week, sitting for long periods;Respond quickly to changing and high-pressure environments;Work mostly individually but also in small groups of 2-10 people;Monitor multiple software systems with focus;Provide concise verbal and written feedback regarding vehicle operations; complete daily reports and document procedures;Interact with the public and educate them on self-driving technology;Operate self-driving vehicles on defined and undefined routes in various conditions;Operate onboard data recording computers;Be comfortable riding as a passenger in a self-driving vehicle with limited driver control;Set up driverless vehicles safely;Safely operate a non-autonomous vehicle while monitoring driverless vehicles and recover autonomous vehicles to safe locations;Apply safety procedures to any rescue situation for a self-driving car;Provide excellent customer service to passengers during disembarkation, boarding, and safe transport to destinations;Comply with TaskUs’ Autonomous Vehicle Division zero-tolerance policy on alcohol or drugs during shifts, including random testing.Remove stalled vehicles and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed;Respond to emergency roadside calls within ETA and SLAs;Drive safely to and from destinations and comply with all laws and regulations;Focus on safety and real-time reporting of accidents and road conditions;Other duties as required.Ready to Make a Ridiculous Move?We value our talented employees and aim to grow our associates professionally before recruiting new talent.
